Mr. Boschini is actively involved in

law, assisting and representing
foreign private and public companies,
business entities, financial institutions,
entrepreneurs, and investors in relation
to their corporate, business & commercial
transactions, international joint ventures,
strategic alliances, acquisitions, financial
transactions, and real estate investments
in the United States and Italy as well
as abroad, especially in Latin America.
Mr. Boschini has acquired specific expertise
in matters concerning business planning,
entity formation, corporate governance,
restructuring and reorganization, corporate
finance techniques, shareholders’ agreements,
directors' duties and liabilities, sales
of companies, transfers of businesses
or branches of business, methods and
sources of private and public financing,
syndicated loans and credit transactions,
and corporate dissolution. He also provides
assistance in the negotiation and drafting
of a wide array of commercial contracts,
including agreements for the sale, purchase,
production, distribution, and supply
of services and products, as well as
agency and licensing agreements.
Mr. Boschini advises foreign financial
institutions with respect to the legal
and regulatory requirements for the establishment
and operation in the United States of
branches, agencies and representative
offices, their day-to-day business activities,
and their regular contacts with the competent
state and federal regulatory authorities,
agencies and control bodies.
