Mr. Boschini practices in the areas of international taxation, and international estate & tax planning (private banking), with a particular emphasis on the needs of an international high-net-worth clientele of foreign investors and entrepreneurs, and of their related families and businesses. Working very closely also with the clients’ bankers and financial advisors, his main focus is to analyze the clients’ global tax and legal position in light of the laws of a variety of jurisdictions, and ultimately to provide effective and compliant tax minimization, wealth preservation, and succession strategies.
