Assistance in US and International Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration

The Firm, while generally not directly engaged in litigation representation in the United States, on a case-by-case basis is retained to provide litigation support and assistance (e.g., drafting of affidavits, expert reports, legal opinions, memoranda and other supporting legal documents, legal researching, translation of legal & business documentation etc.) in civil and commercial proceedings before US and foreign courts and panels on matters of US, Italian, EU, and Latin American law, coordinating, when required, with domestic or foreign litigation “outside counsel” ad hoc retained.
