The Firm’s international trade practice primarily assists foreign exporters/importers of goods and services in connection with the initial entry (e.g., product admissibility and compliance, antidumping and countervailing duties, customs classifications and valuations, quotas and import restrictions, origin determination and marking, compliance assessments, export controls, customs audits and recordkeeping requirements, FDA matters etc.) and following distribution (e.g., export financing & letters of credit, agencies and distributorships, licensing & franchising, NAFTA and other preferential duty programs etc.) in the United States, Italy, Latin America, and Europe.
