US & Italian Family Law

The Firm is equipped to handle matters of US and Italian family law, including co-representation in litigation proceedings before the Italian competent courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. Litigation assistance includes cases of divorce, separation, annulment, custody, maintenance, child support and distribution of marital property. The Firm has experience in negotiating and drafting prenuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements, and is experienced in international marital disputes involving interaction of multiple legal systems and jurisdictions.

In connection with US estate administration, the Firm represents and assists executors and beneficiaries of decedent's estates and is experienced in providing assistance in cases of US estate litigation, including contested probate and accounting proceedings.

The Firm provides counsel in matters of US and Italian succession law, such as the correct transfer of estates of Italian and/or foreign decedents with assets in the United States, Italy as well as in other foreign countries.
