The Firm is active in the organization and representation in the US and Italy of foundations and other not-for-profit organizations, including obtaining tax-exempt status. The Firm counsels international foundations and other educational/charitable organizations on corporate structure and governance, domestic and international grant-making and philanthropic matters. The Firm advises donors on charitable giving, and drafts gift agreements for both organizations and individual donors.
