as well as international joint ventures,
such as due diligence, securing permits
and authorizations and the transfer of
licenses and franchises.
The Firm is engaged
in the drafting and negotiation of a
wide array of US, Italian and international
COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS, including agency,
supply, distribution and franchise contracts,
strategic alliances, the licensing of
trademarks, patents and know-how, lease
agreements, letters of guaranty, contracts
for transportation by land, sea and air,
and insurance contracts.
The Firm advises foreign
financial institutions with respect to the legal
and regulatory requirements for the establishment
and operation in the United States of
branches, agencies and representative
offices, their day-to-day business activities,
their regular contacts with the competent
governmental regulatory authorities,
agencies and control bodies. The Firm

matters of international private
banking for high-net-worth private clients.
